SOP FOR TERRACE / SUNKEN PORTION
     1.Clean the surface completely.
     2.Apply the first coat of LPPO with a roller in all eight directions over the surface.
     3.Apply the second coat of LPPO after a gap of 4 to 6 hours.
     4.Bore packing will be done by LPPT.
     5.Fill major voids seen with LPPT.
     6.Apply LPPT on the corners as coving up to 100X100 mm to 300X300 mm and reinforce the area with nylon mesh over it when the surface is wet.
    7.Apply LPPT by reinforcing the 45 GSM nylon mesh across the surface and and allow it to dry completely.
    8.Apply the second coat of LPPT with a gap of 4 to 6 hours between the two coats.
     

SOP FOR TILED SURFACE IN TANKS / WASHROOMS

      1.Open up the grooves.
      2.Fill LPPO in the grooves first.
      3.Apply the first coat of LPPO with a roller in a criss - cross manner across the surface.
      4.Apply the second coat of LPPO after a gap of 4 to 6 hours.
      5.Apply LPPT with 45 GSM nylon mesh. Allow it to dry completely.
      6.Apply the second coat of LPPT with a gap of 4 to 6 hours.
      7.Appy two coats of LPPO over it. 

SOP FOR WET AREAS OVER FRESH CIVIL SURFGACE

      1. Apply first coat of LPPT by sandwiching the 45 GSM nylon mesh and allow it to dry completely.
      2. Apply the second coat of LPPT with a gap of 4 to 6 hours.
      3.Apply two coats of LPPO over it.

SOP FOR SWIMMING POOL
     1.Open up the grooves.
     2.Fill LPPO in the grooves first.
     3.Fill LPPO with a roller in a criss - cross manner across the surface.
     4.Level the surface with LPPT.
     5.Paste the tiles with LPPT.

     6. Allow it to dry completely and apply the second coat again. 

SOP FOR BASEMENTS 

      1. Apply LPPT by sandwiching the 45 GSM nylon mesh over the RCC surface from the external side.
      2. Allow it to dry completely and apply the second coat again.
      3.Apply two coats of LPPO over it.
      4.Fill the sand and mud.
