DRY WALL & PRE-CAST PANELS:

•  Fill the joints with Magic Xp and allow it to dry completely. 
• Apply Magic Xp on the joints and affix nylon mesh on it when wet. 
• Swipe the excess material out when the surface is wet. 
• Apply Magic Xp all over and ensure that there are no blade marks.

 CRACKED RCC SURFACE: 

• Open up the cracks 4mmX12mm deep. 
• Open up randomly on a couple of more areas in the same wall.
•  Follow the procedure as mentioned in DRY WALL

CRACKS ON AAC BLOCKS SURFACE: 

• Open up the cracks 4mm X 12mm deep. 
• Fill it with Magic Xp.
•  Apply Magic Xp all over the surface and affix nylon mesh when it is wet. 
• All corners must be wrapped with the nylon mesh. 
• Remove the excess material with a blade when it is wet.
•  Apply Magic Xp all over and ensure that there are no blade marks

FOR ALL OTHER JOINTS – IN PRE-CAST, PILLAR & BLOCK WORK ETC:

•  Fill the joints in two coats. 
• Apply Magic Xp and affix nylon mesh when it is wet.
•  Apply Magic Xp all over as putty in two coats.

ON SURFACE CRACK :

• Remove the surface cracks by using emery paper or a blade.

SURFACE TREATMENT:

•  On all the above surfaces, after the basic surface preparation, apply 
• Magic Xp as a putty in Two Coats.
•  Give a gap of six hours between 2 coats. 
• Before applying the second coat, move a dry blade across the surface to remove any rough portions 
• Move the trowel/ blade horizontally and vertically and get the excess material out.
• Ensure that there are no blade marks. 
• Vertical blade marks can be removed by moving the blades vertically and so on.

FOR PUNNING: 

• Load the material with a roller
•  Use an aluminum tube , used by the POP guys, to level the surface.
•  Allow the surface to dry for at least 24 hours. 
• Apply Magic Xp to smoothen the surface by moving the trowel to remove the excess material vertically and horizontally.

FOR AAC BLOCKS/ LAMINATION OVER WEAK PLASTER:

•  Apply Magic Xp all over the surface and affix one meter width nylon mesh. 
• Wrap the mesh on all the corners including the ceiling if need be. 
• Apply one or two more coats to give a finishing touch.
